It is to serve the grassroot of our nation, our community, through effective, accessible and quality healthcare that drives us to the path we pave for our dream to be realized. Our clinic was founded in January 11, 2020 by Dr. Shirley Lorraine Ramos-Fernando and Ray Anthony Fernando, RMT, NLP both residents of San Felipe, Zambales.
The first clinic opened in February 01, 2020 in the quaint and beautiful coastal town of San Felipe.

All-Well Diagnostic Laboratory maintains a secondary clinical labor-atory capabilities. We are DOH accredited and the only one with this accreditation in the town of San Antonio as well as the neighboring towns of San Narciso, San Felipe and Cabangan.

Our Focus is to deliver our services to the community with the help of our healthcare partners such as reputable dialysis products supplier and the local government units in reaching out to the community who are in need of HD Facility for CKD patients.

Our San Felipe Clinic is located at Unit-B Groundfloor, Fariñas Bldg, Brgy Farañal, San Felipe, Zambales. It is conveniently located along the highway with parking for your safety.
Our San Antonio Clinic is just right in front of Jesmag or San Antonio, National Highschool located at Unit-2 Groundfloor, FQ Fabros Bldg, Brgy Luna (Poblacion), in San Antonio, Zambales

Do you offer Annual Physical Examination for private companies?
Yes we do! and not only the APE, we also offer a whole year round wellness package to make sure your employees are on the best health.
Do we need to book an appointment before we visit your clinic?
Yes and no. Yes if you want to avail our doctor’s services. We have safety as our top priority. It is still safer to come with appointment so you won’t have to wait in line for a long time and risk exposure to other patients waiting. For OTHER services, you do not have to book an appointment. You can simply call us and advise us that your are coming to avail our clinic services (Laboratory, Ultrasound, ECG and prescription refills and prescription updates)
Do you accept HMO?
We do not accept HMO in our clinic, but we offer a special Care Card Plus for our patients.
This is a more affordable option to having an HMO. Our Care Card Plus plan offers preventive measures in healthcare. Prevention is better than cure, and it is CHEAPER too!
