This has been the seed that grows the dream, nurtured and watered by constant inspiration to be better, to be the best.
It is to serve the grassroot of our nation, our community, through effective, accessible and quality healthcare that drives us to the path we pave for our dream to be realized. Our clinic was founded in January 11, 2020 by Dr. Shirley Lorraine Ramos-Fernando and Ray Anthony Fernando, RMT, NLP both residents of San Felipe, Zambales.
The first clinic opened in February 01, 2020 in the quaint and beautiful coastal town of San Felipe.

Being true to the commitment of excellent service to wellness, All-Well has expanded to the north and to the south. All-Well Medical Clinic opens two new facilities in Alaminos City Province of Pangasinan and the town of Bay in the Province of Laguna.
For the past years of serving the private sector, we have decided to expand our service to the public sector as well as the commercial/industrial sector in 2023.
These key locations will now open the gateway to communities in both directions, North and South. Our new mission to reach more communities will soon be realized as we work with the rural health units as well as industrial and commercial establishments making All-Well MediClinic accessible to all.
Our new services now includes ultrasound services, 2D echo, mobile x-ray, Annual Physical Exams for employment and partnership with commercial establishments to offer healthcare benefits to their loyal customers.
Wellness is on it’s way to more homes. All-Well is more accessible to all!

Our Patient Care Center is equipped with a diagnostic laboratory. All-Well Diagnostic Laboratory maintains a secondary clinical labor-atory capabilities. We are DOH accredited and the only one with this accreditation in the town of San Antonio as well as the neighboring towns of San Narciso, San Felipe and Cabangan.

Where are you located?
We have 2 patient care centers to serve you.
Our San Felipe Clinic is located at Unit-B Groundfloor, Fariñas Bldg, Brgy Farañal, San Felipe, Zambales. It is conveniently located along the highway with parking for your safety.
Our San Antonio Clinic is just right in front of Jesmag or San Antonio, National Highschool located at Unit-2 Groundfloor, FQ Fabros Bldg, Brgy Luna (Poblacion), in San Antonio, Zambales
Do you offer Annual Physical Examination for private companies?
Yes we do! and not only the APE, we also offer a whole year round wellness package to make sure your employees are on the best health.
Do we need to book an appointment when we visit your clinic?
Yes and no. Yes if you want to avail our doctor’s services. We have safety as our top priority. It is still safer to come with appointment so you won’t have to wait in line for a ling time and risk exposure to other patients waiting. For OTHER services, you do not have to book an appointment. You can simply call us and advise us that your are coming to avail our clinic services (Laboratory, Ultrasound, ECG and prescription refills and prescription updates)
What services are offered?
We offer a complete wellness package! For check-ups and consultations, we have doctors to help you.
For laboratory tests, we also have a DOH accredited secondary clinical laboratory to deliver quality and precise results your doctors can trust.
Our clinic also have an FDA licensed Pharmacy for all your prescritions.
We also offer ultrasound services done by a seasoned medical specialist for quick and accurate procedure
ECG is also available on both clinics and can be done anytime during our clinic hours.
Do you accept HMO?
We do not accept HMO in our clinic, but we offer a special Care Card Plus for our patients.
This is a more affordable option to having an HMO. Our Care Card Plus plan offers preventive measures in healthcare. Prevention is better than cure, and it is CHEAPER too!
